Kev Lamb & Lisa Widdowson, from the online ghost hunting page,  Urban Ghost Explorers UK  have given their TOP 5 tips and advice on becoming a ghost-hunter/paranormal investigator. Here is what they said:  The 5 main things you should have when starting to investigate or do ghost hunts is: 1. A pen and notebook (for jotting down any history, timestamping any occurrences such as sounds, environmental changes i.e temperature) 2.  A dictaphone (could be a tape style or digital one.
